 \n \nMeet the presenters!\nCassandra Backman is an evaluator with a backgr
 ound in informal education and STEM. She currently works as the Community 
 Research and Evaluation Supervisor at the Office of Community Research and
  Evaluation. Her focus is on program evaluation using a mix-methods approa
 ch. Her passion is to increase the accessibility of evaluation through par
 ticipatory methods and innovative data visualization techniques. She has w
 orked on evaluations with community partners in the local K-12 systems\, i
 n non-profits\, and in state government agencies.\n \nXiomara Mayorga is a
 n Evaluator and Community Research Analyst at Weber State University. Thro
 ughout her career\, she gained valuable experience designing strategies an
 d co-create projects aimed at improving living conditions for underreprese
 nted populations.  Her background includes significant roles with United N
 ations agencies and higher education institutions\, where she focused on r
 esearching\, monitoring\, and evaluating programs with mix-methods approac
 h.
