 enegas\, a 16th generation silversmith. His family was one of the first to
  arrive from Spain to the Americas. His ancestor\, Felipe Venegas\, was th
 e silversmith for the early cathedrals in the Dominican Republic and stamp
 ed the first European coins in the New World.  He has been teaching jewelr
 y and silversmithing classes at Weber State for 15 years. In addition\, he
  has been featured in The Standard Examiner\, The Signpost\, KUTV Inside t
 he Story\,  FOX13 Good Morning Utah\, The Salt Project and KTVX Good Thing
