  for a fun and exciting copper cuff bracelet making workshop. Perfect for 
 a New Year’s Mantra Bracelet.\n\nWhat:\nIn this workshop\, you’ll learn th
 e basics of jewlery making from from shaping the metal to hammering to pro
 duce textures and polishing it to a shine. You’ll also have the opportunit
 y to get creative and  can stamp a word or two or even a date.\n\nWe will 
 provide all the necessary supplies\, including copper\, tools\, and instru
 ctions. No experience is necessary\, so everyone is welcome.\n\nHere’s wha
 t to expect:\n\nWe’ll start by filing the bracelet and stamping words or d
 ates.\nThen we will shape the bracelet.\nOnce your bracelet is shaped\, we
 ’ll use sandpaper to smooth out any rough edges.\nFinally\, we’ll polish y
 our bowl to a beautiful shine.\nBy the end of the workshop\, you’ll have a
  beautiful and functional copper cuff bracelet that will last your life ti
 me.\n\nCost:\n$35 per person\n\nAges:\n12+. Younger kids can attend if acc

 on.\n\nAbout The Instructor:\nThis class will be taught by Rene Venegas\, 
 a 16th generation silversmith. His family was one of the first to arrive f
 rom Spain to the Americas. His ancestor\, Felipe Venegas\, was the silvers
 mith for the early cathedrals in the Dominican Republic and stamped the fi
 rst European coins in the New World.  He has been teaching jewelry and sil
 versmithing classes at Weber State for 15 years. In addition\, he has been
  featured in The Standard Examiner\, The Signpost\, KUTV Inside the Story\
 ,  FOX13 Good Morning Utah\, The Salt Project and KTVX Good Things Utah.
