Access to high-quality preschool is a key factor in a child’s ability to adapt to kindergarten and do well in school. Through our Ogden United Partnership, we support several local preschools that offer reduced tuition to families who qualify.

Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership

Head Start plays a key role in the development of children, who would otherwise not be provided the opportunity. OWCAP Head Start accepts qualified Weber County children 3 or 4 years old by September 1st of the current program year.

The WSU Community Education Center offers all-day preschool Monday–Friday, featuring high-quality teaching with play-based learning. Low-cost tuition is based on income.

Waterford UPSTART

Waterford UPSTART provides free in-home, online preschool to four-year-old children, as well as a computer and internet access if needed. They also offer adaptive educational software.
