WELL-EDUCATED community where individuals, families, and neighborhoods thrive.
OUR VISION

About Us
United Way of Northern Utah works to improve lives and strengthen communities across Weber, Box Elder, Morgan, Rich, and Cache counties.
We help children succeed in school, connect families with health and basic needs, and support people working toward financial stability.
By partnering with local nonprofits and volunteers, we make sure families in Northern Utah have the tools and support they need to thrive.
About Collective Impact
Our collective impact approach emphasizes shared vision, continuous communication, and coordinated action to create sustainable, community-wide solutions. Central to this is the United Partnership Council, a collective impact partnership focused on building a seamless cradle-to-careers continuum for Ogden students and the surrounding areas, and strengthening the community's health and economic stability. Our Collective Impact effort is organized into two types of work: First, we convene partners focused on distinct, measurable indicators, such as kindergarten readiness, third- and eighth-grade reading and math, and college and career readiness. Second, we work with school districts and institutions of higher education to provide extended learning opportunities and wraparound services that meet basic needs, including housing stability, and support high-quality school and family engagement.
