Invest in Success is a leadership development initiative designed to educate and empower nonprofit leaders. Through this initiative, participants receive intensive coaching and mentoring in essential leadership skills such as board engagement, strategic communication, and financial management.

The fall 2025 cohort will center on Executive Directors, CEOs, and Founders of nonprofit organizations located in Northern Utah, defined here as organizations operating in Utah north of Salt Lake County. This initiative is made possible by the Community Foundation of Utah's - Utah Legacy Fund. Invest in Success Northern Utah runs 10/6/25-10/9/25
