Project Blueprint (Logan) - Board Governance (Leadership) Program
United Way Northern Utah Nonprofit Connection offers a popular, high-quality training program for those who work with or on a nonprofit board of directors. Participants gain knowledge, skills and abilities in topics such as business planning, nonprofit finance/accounting, fundraising and diversified funding plan, board governance, committees, compliance, etc. Visit our Project Blueprint page for more information.
We are offering a Logan program for the first time.
Cost: *$185 - Dinner is Included in each class.

United Way Northern Utah Nonprofit Connection invites community partners to join us for a tour of the Jump the Moon Art Studio & Gallery. Webinar - Volunteer Recruitment, Management and Retention
United Way Northern Utah Nonprofit Connection will offer an interactive training that provides a framework for attracting volunteers, building dependable management systems, strengthening long-term engagement, and compliance with related regulations. Participants will learn best practices in role design, onboarding, communication, and retention strategies to create a stable and effective volunteer team. The webinar will be facilitated by Danielle Neveselov, Director of Community Resources at United Way Northern Utah.

Nonprofit Tour (Logan) - WAB Warming Center
United Way of Northern Utah Nonprofit Connection invites community partners to join us for a tour of the WAB Warming Center. This vital nonprofit provides a safe, warm, and compassionate space for individuals experiencing homelessness during Northern Utah’s coldest months — offering not just shelter, but dignity and hope. All Northern Utah community partners are welcome to attend.

United Way Northern Utah Nonprofit Connection invites community partners to join us for a tour of Youth Futures, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how one organization delivers critical services to vulnerable youth. This on-site visit will highlight programs, partnerships, and operational practices, with time for discussion and peer learning. It’s a practical opportunity to see a nonprofit in action, ask real questions, and walk away with ideas you can apply to your own organization.

United Way of Northern Utah’s Nonprofit Connection is facilitating an interactive training led by Sarah Manning, Controller for United Way Northern Utah. Bear River Nonprofit Miniconference (Logan)
United Way Northern Utah’s Nonprofit Connection will host the Bear River Nonprofit Miniconference on April 29, 2026, in Logan—a focused, half-day event for nonprofit leaders, staff, board members and stakeholders Cache, Rich and Box Elder counties. The event includes networking, a moderated panel on Caring for the Caregivers, and concurrent breakout sessions in leadership, fundraising, and volunteer management, all designed to deliver practical insights nonprofits can apply immediately.
