We are very fortunate to have five items in the Light the World Giving Machines this year which will go towards providing items to our programs that serve the Northern Utah community. Those items are:
- A car seat, to keep children safe
- A newborn kit, which our Welcome Baby home visitors will give to new families
- Bilingual children's books, to ensure all of our community members get the joy of reading together
- Development learning kits, to help kids practice and learn basic skills
- Winter apparel, help keep children warm
The official opening of the machine was December 1st at the Ogden Amphitheater and it will be there until December 14th. Not sure how the machines work? Here is a how-to guide.
