Behnken Nonprofit Learning Campus
The Behnken Nonprofit Learning Campus offers free coworking and meeting space for Northern Utah nonprofits, along with access to a Grant Research Center for grant and foundation searches. Space is available to nonprofit staff and boards for meetings, work sessions, and collaborative use. We also have office space for lease as part of a nonprofit incubator.

Nonprofit Incubator
The Behnken Nonprofit Learning Campus offers an incubator program and space for Northern Utah nonprofits, providing six dedicated offices to help them launch and expand.
Participants receive comprehensive support, including:
- Ongoing consulting
- Grant research center access
- Modern offices and meeting rooms
- Priority to Project Blueprint registration
- Free Comcast Wi-Fi
- Coworking areas and ample parking
Tenants are expected maintain professional standards and participate in Nonprofit Connection services of consulting, training, nonprofit tours, roundtables, Project Blueprint, etc.
The incubator currently has an opening for a new participant. Northern Utah nonprofits (Logan to Ogden) can Join the Incubator Interest List to be considered. Filling out the interest list form is not a guarantee of acceptance.
Expectations for a New Participant
- Demonstrated need and contractual agreement to utilize incubator space and services daily or near daily
- Established 501c3 organization, in good status
- Minimum one year in operation
- Business plan
- Filed IRS Form 990 from a complete tax year (not initial at opening)
