Our programs and services focus on the health, education, and financial stability of our community members. Each of our programs supports one of our main focus areas:

Our why: Our community is made up of caring people who want to work for a better tomorrow. We have over 80 community partners making up local networks that create meaningful change together.

Provides tools, skills, and expert services to area nonprofits. The NPC helps nonprofits build their capabilities to achieve their mission.

Informs community members on how to give and get help. This program connects callers/texters to health and human resources as well as meaningful volunteer opportunities.

Provide grants to nonprofit agencies to support collaborative partnerships that help achieve community objectives in the areas of education, income, health, and basic needs. This program supports nonprofits serving individuals in Box Elder, Morgan, Weber, and Oneida counties.

Builds a cradle-to-career support system for every child. This program is a cross-sector partnership of individuals and organizations to minimize opportunity gaps and ensure each child has a chance to succeed.

Fosters collaborations between schools and the community stakeholders. This AmeriCorps program improves student and family access to community resources and is adopted by nine schools in Ogden School District.

Supports at-risk K-12 students with reading assistance, attendance promotion, and mentoring. This AmeriCorps program pairs community volunteers with students helping them develop an enthusiasm for learning, a positive-growth mindset, and an increase of self-confidence.

Promotes healthy, secure, and enjoyable beginnings for parents, new babies, and family members. This AmeriCorps program is a self-appointed home visitation program and community volunteers assist families with children from newborn to 36 months.

Engages parents with their children in an education-focused playtime. This volunteer-driven program shares activities and community resources with parents to smoothly transition their child into elementary school.

Assists hard-working, low-income families improve their credit, reduce their debt, and increase their income for long-term financial stability. This initiative is a partnership with Cottages of Hope and other area nonprofits that assist individuals to achieve self-sufficiency.

Collaborates with companies and assists them in achieving their social-responsibility goals. This program focuses heavily on mobilizing employee engagement efforts in donating and volunteering.

Transforms volunteers’ passions into actions. This program changes and pivots each year due to community needs and mobilizes thousands of volunteers each year.
